Special Prayers
For all of you who pray, please say a special prayer on behalf of my God-Father and Uncle, Jimmy Phinney. Jimmy was a wonderful father, much like my own, very soft spoken and into his own thing. His funeral was like his attitude, casual and easy going. He was buried in a golf shirt and shorts, and Gold bless them, for those in the know, that was the outfit of choice for those attending the wake. Jimmy was beloved by his family. I feel deep regret for all his children, and especially his wife Mary. But I am so happy he was able, soon before they knew he was sick, that he was able to go to Hawaii and hang for a night with Da Kine.
Also keep in your prayers the brother of Mr Mechanic, John. I will only say he needs all the help he can get right now, and your prayers will help.
