Firefox Rocks!

If you ain’t rockin’ Firefox yet, then please skip this and go churn some butter or something, Jethro. For those of us who use zippers and such, then dig on the coolest extension in the history of Christendom: the Search IMdB extension.

I literally open up a new IMdB tab, cut and paste whatever I’m looking for, and search for something about 20-30 times a day. I was looking for some cool new stuff and figured, hey, maybe someone has written something so you can right click and search IMdB without going through the other stuff. Wow, they did exactly what I wanted. Pissah.

P.S. It is even cooler than StumbleUpon. Sorry, Haymus.

  1. I just have IMdB in my search bar (along with Google, A9 – gotta get that half-pi percent discount at Amazon, two dictionaries, Wikipedia, CDDB, etc.). That way I train myself to always go top-right when I want to figure something out.

  2. Firefox is the tits.

  3. Sorry, this sounds cool, but the BugMeNot tool is by far the coolest extension for Firefox.
    😛

  4. Jenn: damn you and bless you at the same time! Damn you for showing me up in my own post, and bless you for leading me to that beautiful extension. It’s a close call, but I still think the IMdB extension is .01% cooler.

  5. Nope. I go BugMeNot in a heads-up match. But, I’d put Adblock in as my pick overall.

  6. Just curious, how did you find it da kine?
